The Duck Event Promotion

Florentijn Hofman’s world-traveling Rubber Duck floated into the hearts of Hampton Roads residents. As part of public relations efforts, the cheerful inflated sculpture floated outside the museum as part of the celebrations for completed renovations. Ongoing tradition and non-traditional marketing efforts were created to help promote the event including rubber duck drops and an Instagram hashtag campaign.
